The Board of Directors oversees the budget and policy decisions for the district. The five members are citizen-elected and either reside or own property within the district. The Board meets monthly to discuss operational, budgetary, financial, and community issues. These meetings are open to the public and are held at Boulder Rural Fire Rescue station 1, 6230 Lookout Road.
